You have told me before you keep a feelings journal. For people like me, who often have a hard time connecting to their feelings, I think it is such a good idea. Really like you tie the feeling to what you were doing and why. I have been working on trying to sense into what I want to do and then doing it. I’m not sure, but feels like that approach and the feeling journal would go well together.

I love that you are doing daily meditations that help you appreciate the now (all that we have) and future possibilities (often more than I initially thought). I have been mediating, journaling, or praying every day for the last 8+ years. It has made a huge difference in my life.

I love this idea! I’m a long time practitioner of gratitude journaling (today was my 858ty consecutive day), and you’re right that it does get repetitive. I will try your approach and see what unfolds from it. Thank you for sharing!

I like your refreshing approach to keeping a gratitude journal It makes sense that focusing on your inner strengths and best qualities will enhance your wellbeing.

I have kept a Feelings Journal for many years. I record what felt good, okay or bad the day before and why! It has helped me make decisions that support a more meaningful and enjoyable life.

Great post! I have started doing daily meditations and using the built in app feature on my phone to log how I feel throughout and at the end of each day. I am not always consistent, but the reminders that pop up help me to pause and take a moment to appreciate both the now, and possibilities of the future. All steeped in gratitude.
